Attached is the 12th District Masonic Scholarship form for 2016.  The 12th District is offering two $1,000 scholarships for post-secondary school expenses.  The Scholarship committee is requesting that all applications be received by them no later than March 31, 2016.  This form will also be available via the 12th District Website.
